We know that it is very difficult to determine how a product will fit and feel like when looking at it on a computer screen or a mobile device. At Reg Wilkinson Men’s Wear we have tried to make our return policy as easy as possible for you. If you are not satisfied, you have the option to return or exchange your product(s) if they are in unused/new condition within 15 days of purchase. Limitation and Exceptions:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Special/Custom Orders
- Washed, worn or altered product
- Product(s) without tags
- Product(s) not in the same condition as they were received
- Receipt or proof of purchase is recommended
All products that are being returned must be in new condition and have all tags attached.
For orders placed online, all you need to do is repackage the item(s) in a box and send it back to us. Once the package has arrived back at our store, and it is verified that the criteria above have been met, we will issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
We will try our best to accommodate every exchange, however there is no guarantee that the size or colour you wish to exchange for will be available. This is because we only carry a limited size of each product. Therefore we recommend either returning the product and purchasing the new one, or contacting us to facilitate the exchange.

On occasions some online pricings may be incorrect due to seasonal adjustments/ increases. With the many items we have in our store with the numerous variation of brands, style, sizes and colours that we have to manage, it is impossible to be accurate all the time. If you see something on the site that doesn’t make sense, send us an e-mail or give us a call. We will explain it and correct it. Our pricing is always fair and always reflecting our manufacture suggested retail.
